The car making at Koyama Garage is custom-made.
We are engaged in the development and production of research engines (single-cylinder, multi-cylinder), prototype engines, and racing engines. We also have a firing demonstration of a visualized single-cylinder engine.
We have realized a system that allows for direct verification of the concerns regarding data measured by computers.
The "visualization single-cylinder engine" allows the combustion chamber to be viewed from 360° plus vertically through a glass cylinder. By placing a mirror at the bottom of the piston to reflect the data measured by the computer, a system has been realized that allows for direct confirmation of the combustion conditions and the spread of NOx generation. Testing is possible up to a maximum of 4000 RPM. 【Features】 ■ The combustion chamber can be viewed from 360° plus vertically through a glass cylinder. ■ Direct confirmation of combustion conditions and the spread of NOx generation is possible. ■ Various measurement data can be obtained. ■ Testing is possible up to a maximum of 4000 RPM. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
